    Optometrist Join Our Dedicated Healthcare Team and Make a Difference


    Are you an experienced and compassionate optometrist seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic clinical setting? We are actively recruiting a talented Optometrist to provide exceptional eye care services at a new facility within a reputable healthcare organization.

    This role offers the chance to grow professionally while serving a diverse patient community, ensuring excellent visual health and overall well-being.


    Required Skills:
    Valid and current optometry license and certifications
    Minimum of 2 years of proven clinical experience in optometry
    Strong knowledge of eye health, vision correction, and ocular disease management
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
    Bilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish, are highly preferred
    Willingness to drive to multiple locations (drive-in candidates preferred)


    Nice to Have Skills:
    Experience with FQHC clinics or similar community-based practices
    Familiarity with current diagnostic and treatment technologies
    Additional language skills


    Preferred Education and Experience:
    Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
    At least two years of clinical optometry experience
    Prior experience in hospital or community clinic settings is advantageous


    Other Requirements:
    Credentialing process may take 60-90 days
    Coverage available for licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements where applicable
    Candidates must be local or prepared to self-fund travel expenses, as the client does not cover travel costs
    The current schedule is Wednesdays and Fridays with potential additional hours at other locations
