- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation
- Pre-Boarding & Onboarding: Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug screenings, as well as onboarding processes
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and manage open enrollment processes
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution
- Performance Management: Administer performance management processes and provide guidance to managers
- Leave Administration: Oversee leave requests and accommodations, including FMLA and ADA compliance
- Offboarding: Coordinate employee exits, process terminations, and conduct exit interviews
- Workplace Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce personnel policies and procedures
- Payroll Processing: Process and review payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- HR Operations: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- HR Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and ensure compliance
- Attention to Communication: The ability to ensure that information is passed on to others who should be kept informed

- Five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated proficiency in all areas of HR functions is required
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required
- Proficiency with OneNote is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems is required
- Experience with JazzHR or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is strongly preferred
- Experience with Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration platform is preferred
- Exposure to LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter is preferred
- Exposure to ADP Workforce Now is preferred
- 100% in-office work environment
