    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless patient care.
    • Assist in cardiac patient care and providing expert clinical judgment and technical expertise.
    • Manage patient preoperative and postoperative care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
    • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and participate in research activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner.
    • Current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with Nurse Practitioner certification in the Cardiology specialty.
    • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in cardiac care, with a strong background in cardiac surgery and procedures.
