- Work with a team in the production and wiring of electrical enclosures/panels. This includes enclosure/panel machining, component mounting, and panel wiring using a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Follow standardized work to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
- Read diagrams and schematics to build panels based on customer specifications.
- Occasionally support Team Leader to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical quality issues.
- Stand 9 hours a day.
- Has proven experience with problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Is able to read electrical schematics.
- Is focused on work with a high commitment to achieving quality and scheduling goals.
- Possesses strong electrical knowledge and has good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- At least two years of experience with electrical assembly/panel wiring and/or with electrical troubleshooting/diagnostics.
- Mechanical background is a plus.
- Previous experience with hand tools is required.
- Understanding schematics, blueprints, and diagrams are a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required (Additional training from vocational or trade school is a plus)
