Job Description:
An Accountant examines, analyzes, and interprets accounting records to prepare statements and/or advise management.
Has on-the-job experience as an accountant.


Job Requirements:
Familiarity with spreadsheets and GAAP.
Laid back environment as far as dress code (t-shirts, sweatshirts, jeans are ok)
A dedicated person who is interested in converting.
Good work ethic, attendance,
Entry level to 2 years' experience. Will accept people with degrees and more experience as well.
10-key required. Basic Excel required (will train on pivots and v-lookups)
Basic account knowledge is preferred.
Not just data entry (will move between 4 systems)
No accounting experience is required.
HS Degree is the minimum education required.
Would admin support experience work? - Yes
Past job experience in entry-level accounts payable would work.


Top Skills:
10-key required.
Will process invoices.
Will require customer service and phone time


Note:
This position is non-exempt.
Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.

Schedule:
start times could be between 7 AM - 9 AM and lunch time and duration flexible
