- Perform an initial startup on new production run after mold sets are complete Work on processes to improve production efficiencies reduce high scrap rates Research problems with equipment tooling take corrective action Trouble shoot process issues consult with tool designer project engineers Recommend measures to improve production methods performance quality Troubleshot process issues document record processes daily rounds checks waterlines mold heater units barrel throats leaky fittings operate machine report problems needs equipment breakdowns accurately complete all record keeping forms Report something does not seem right question it supervisor immediately Adhere conduct safety practices job performance Participate group individual training Develop implement core values mission statement Perform duties safe manner encourage companys safety culture Determine personal strengths delegate workload Maintain clean organized working environment Perform duties positive collaborative encouraging attitude Stage molds equipment upcoming jobs Assist machine necessary adjustments troubleshooting support plant operations safely efficiently Operator fork lift As needed assist secondary work assembly print sort drill gauge parts Give breaks Spend adequate time before after each shift pass information properly Participate strategic planning growth success McDonald Plastic Molding All other duties assigned shift supervisor management We strive be industry leader providing best possible products services customers Always looking ways improve efficiency productivity customer satisfaction.
