Business Development Coordinator
on our team
The
Business Development Coordinator
plays a key role in generating new opportunities across all areas of our business. From researching and contacting potential clients, to coordinating the progress of new business leads, to supporting marketing initiatives, this role is all about fueling growth of our business. You are also an integral part of the company's marketing team, involved in projects including online marketing and social media strategy.
What You'll Do
- Connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, video conferences, mailers, and in-person meetings to promote our brand and set appointments.
- Track and promote our internal employee lead program to grow qualified leads.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment goals
- Coordinate internal project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on all business opportunities.
- Provide support to marketing efforts with campaigns, content, and client communications.
- Attend regular internal marketing team meetings to develop a strong marketing strategy that speaks to our clients.
- Create and post compelling content across our social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and more.
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable balancing client outreach with internal coordination.
- Self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed goals.
- Previous experience in business development, sales support, or client relations is a plus.

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $50,000 - $52,500 Annual
