Job Summary
The Member Services Vacation Consultant Level 1 will report to the Member Services Supervisor. The Employee will answer owner inbound calls and answer a multitude of different questions pertaining to the Exploria suite of resorts, as well as, our travel club.Qualifications
- Contact Center experience preferred
- 1 to 2 years Customer Service experience preferred
- Well versed in proper etiquette and telephone protocol
