A reputable community hospital near the White Mountains is hiring a Director of Perioperative Services to oversee its Operating Room, Same Day Surgery, and PACU.

In this role, you will provide leadership to the departments, oversee the daily operations, manage & develop departmental personnel, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in the delivery of patient care.

Directs, collaborates, and evaluates perioperative personnel to ensure safe, effective, efficient, and quality patient care. Participates in the recruitment, selection, training, and retention of personnel. Supporting staff and serving as a clinical resource. Facilitates efficient patient flow and work processes. Staffing and scheduling.


Qualifications:
A BSN is required, and an MSN is preferred. Active RN License. 5 years of OR experience is required.


Additional info:
