    Our growing company is looking to add another high-level Sales Representative to the team.

    As part of the job, you will:

    • Contact warm & cold leads.
    • Build relationships with new & existing clients.
    • Estimate projects.
    • Plan out projects.

    What you'll do (and how quickly you need to be good at it):

    In the first 30–60 days and ongoing:

    • On-board and set up on all systems and accounts --> plug into our CRM and start learning our process.
    • Attend daily Sales meetings to observe current processes and learn our cadences.
    • Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and Senior Project Manager to learn our sales system.
    • Sit in on sales calls and site visits to observe different members of our sales staff and learn the language.
    • Begin making cold outreach calls with training/coaching from the CEO and Senior Project Manager.

    Within the 3rd month and ongoing:

    • Building out a client base and book of business from the cold outreach systems we have in place.
    • Warm handoff of clients passed from other Sales team members who are at their capacity.
    • Learn how to takeoff a project, estimate the project, and send quotes to clients for up with each client.

    Within the 6th month and ongoing:

    • Taking all clients from the CEO so that he can focus on high level initiatives to continue growing the business.
    • Spend time each day learning more about the sales process, field operations, and how to speak the industry language to become a more effective rep.
    • Daily outreach to new and existing clients, with coaching from the staff to transform your skillset into a highly effective member of the team.

    12th month and ongoing:

    • Developing a consistent book of business to provide predictable revenue for the company.
    • Continuously massage existing client relationships and build new relationships with cold prospects.
    • Takeoff, estimate, and win contracts that can change the trajectory of the company and the well-being of your family.

    Education, Skills & Experience:

    • Strong Values & Morals of Respect and Integrity --> Non-Negotiable
    • Excellent Communication Skills --> Absolute Requirement
    • Critical Thinking/Problem Solving Skills --> Absolute Requirement
    • Construction Industry Experience --> Can be a plus, but not required

    What is the compensation:

    - Base Salary: $70,000

    Commission Structure: Profit sharing based on performance.
