BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a second full-time boarded anesthesiologist or residency-trained/board-eligible to help us expand our anesthesiology and pain management capabilities within the Philadelphia, PA network.

Our hospitals in this region were the forerunners for including the specialty of anesthesiology and pain management within BluePearl, and offer a strong collaborative atmosphere with board-certified clinicians specializing in anesthesiology, cardiology, clinical pathology, dentistry & oral surgery, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, emergency & critical care, internal medicine, neurology/neurosurgery, oncology, and surgery.

The position would require working primarily out of our Conshohocken and Levittown locations.

Our hospitals have highly qualified, dedicated technicians within each service that provides anesthesia to our patients under the guidance and supervision of our current anesthesiologist, along with an amazing team of specialists and ER doctors with many years of experience.

We are looking for a driven anesthesiologist who has outstanding communication skills, an ability to work within a large and diverse team, a desire to teach, and a collegial personality.

This candidate will work with our specialists and technicians in the management of anesthetic cases, teach our technicians, interns, and residents, provide patient consults with clients as needed, and deliver CE to our referring veterinary community.
