- Enhance the appearance and value of properties through installation and maintenance of all types of irrigation equipment in residential and commercial landscapes.
- Troubleshoot and repair lines and sprinkler heads
- Complete set-up for digital and analog timers
- Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on irrigation needs
- Drive, use, maintain and properly operate irrigation equipment Including but not limited to, Irrigation Pipe Puller/Trencher, Skid Steers, and hand tools
- Supervise employees that need training and assistance in the area of irrigation
- Complete necessary paperwork including time sheets, work orders, change orders and materials used or needed for each job.
- Love of the outdoors
- Preferred: 2 years' experience in the irrigation field.
- Requirement: Knowledge of reading and following a blueprint
- Preferred: Experience in irrigation installation and maintenance
- Preferred: Knowledgeable on various irrigation controllers
- Ability to complete the Davey landscape career development books upon hire
- Ability to complete the Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
- Ability to diagnose and make repairs to various types of Irrigation Systems (commercial and residential)
- Required: Valid Driver's License, CDL not required, but is a plus
- Preferred: Previous leadership Skill and Experience
