Job summary
We're seeking a senior-level print production designer with deep expertise in print production, packaging and point-of-sale design. This is a highly specialized hands-on role for a doer not a strategist who is detail-oriented organized and accountable for flawless execution.You'll serve as the primary print production expert ensuring all packaging and retail materials are designed and printed to the highest quality standards.
- Own end-to-end production execution for packaging across multiple SKUs formats and substrates ensuring all assets are accurate print-ready and delivered on time
- Prepare validate production files for offset flexographic digital printing in accordance with vendor specifications
- Manage technical elements including dielines bleeds trapping spot colors coatings varnishes foils holographic effects specialty finishes ensure accurate color management Pantone CMYK version control overall file integrity review approve sign printer proofs prepress files press samples maintain visual consistency across packaging point-of-sale sales materials related digital assets manage SKU versioning revisions archival systems support accuracy traceability translate creative direction into produciton ready deliverables adapt manufacturing constraints partner cross-functionally design marketing sales operations vendors timelines revision cycles identify risks early implement solutions prevent delays quality issues build templates documentation reference improve workflows file preparation approvals vendor handoffs scalability product lines expand.
