The Project Superintendent will play a crucial role in the management and execution of a 4 building 200 Unit apartment project in the Keane NH area.

Person will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site and ensuring that the project is completed successfully, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

The role of a Project Superintendent includes the following responsibilities:


Responsibilities:

Site Management:
Project Superintendent is on-site to manage and coordinate all construction activities. They ensure that the work is progressing according to the project plan, specifications, and quality standards.

Resource Allocation:

Allocate and manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure that the project remains on schedule and within budget.

This will involve coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
