Job Description

We are seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to work at three apartment communities. You will lease vacant apartments as well as those that will be available in the future through proper leasing techniques. To develop and maintain good resident relations through lease renewals, resident functions and service.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to work scheduled hours deemed necessary by the schedule including weekends.
Attend approved educational seminars that help enhance job abilities.
When needed, be available to assist in planning and implementing resident parties and social activities.
Learn and be fluent in the use of the Property Management Software.
Be able to process applications for approval for the manager.
Provide for the needs of the residents such as filling out work orders, resident services list etc.
Know how to prepare for a resident move-in, including preparing all paperwork for approval by the aproperty Manager.

Qualifications that are helpful:

Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
