The Festival at Sandpoint seeks a strategic, collaborative and externally focused Director of Community & Strategy to help guide the organization into its next chapter.This senior leadership role provides high-level oversight of organizational strategy community and partner engagement fundraising alignment marketing and brand leadership public communications working closely with the Board Chair Director-Level Leadership Team staff advances long-term strategic priorities supports effective board governance serves as a key public representative of the Festival while not the sole or final decision-maker plays a central role in shaping direction aligning teams strengthening community and partner relationships modeling collaborative leadership that supports healthy organizational culture long-term success
The Festival operates under shared Director-Level Leadership Model in which senior leaders steward collectively through collaboration transparency clearly defined areas responsibility directs oversees communicates advocates for FAS advance mission vision goals integration while fostering partnerships collaborations with city county state partners arts organizations civic leaders funders stakeholders ensuring sustainability building trust credibility visibility continued support from diverse audiences members communities alike serving ambassador model representing shared values principles integrity commitment excellence,
