Job summary
This consultant will coordinate a high-volume portfolio across multiple academic and professional programs. They will develop forecasting models, capacity plans, resource allocations, and program schedules using project management platforms to track milestones, risks, and delivery. The consultant will establish KPIs, governance frameworks dashboards structured risk mitigation plans lead weekly project check-ins maintain action logs deliverable trackers and issue logs drive pipeline planning cross-functional coordination across CPE Schools faculty external partners assess skill needs help identify recruit onboard on-demand resources SMEs reviewers contractors serve as day-to-day liaison course development vendors Hurix Kyron WorldQuant etc support vendor sourcing evaluation negotiation onboarding processes prepare cost estimates monitor adherence project budgets track SLAs milestones quality metrics escalate performance risks proactively CBO maintain strong vendor relationships ensure reliable high-quality delivery support consistent implementation design quality standards course builds assist governance models innovation pilots process improvements Schools CPE advise senior leaders learning experience strategy aligned school institute goals analyze learner journeys engagement data continuous improvement contribute standards development governance innovation initiatives guide vendors instructional design best practices agile learning methodologies UXUI principles provide qualitative feedback design documents prototypes scripts storyboards assist end-end content development lifecycle ideation launch.Job description
