JBAndrews is currently collaborating with an industry leading organisation within the Building Products industry to identify a Product Manager. The ideal Candidate will be a strategic thinker with experience in articulating a strategy and product vision as well as be able to to execute a product road-map, moving a project from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product road-map and growth strategy for the assigned category.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and launch marketing plans for new products and enhancements, ensuring up-to-date product specifications.
• Monitor financial performance and key indicators to identify trends in product channels, taking proactive steps with corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the procurement team to enhance cost negotiations and streamline procurement processes for optimal efficiency.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience within Product Management
• Proven track record of working with various partners to plan, execute and track product releases from inception to completion
• Experience presenting and speaking to wide-ranging audiences, customer visits, webinars, training, trade shows and industry events
• Demand planning and forecasting experience
• Knowledge of the Building Products industry is a major bonus
