    Patient Coordinator - Bilingual (Spanish)

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    Experience Level: Intermediate

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Pay: $18 per hour

    Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm

    A Day in the Role:

    • Efficiently manage scheduling for healthcare appointments, utilizing bilingual skills to communicate with patients in both English and Spanish.
    • Manage high call volumes of calls daily in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
    • Prioritize and triage incoming calls efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal wait times for patients.
    • Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to scheduling protocols.
    • Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, facilitating effective communication and resolving scheduling conflicts.
    • Maintain organized records of appointments and patient information in electronic scheduling systems.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
    • Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize scheduling efficiency and patient satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on healthcare regulation and policies to ensure compliance in scheduling practices.

    Qualifications:

    · 1+ Year Customer Service Experience

    · Fluent in Spanish/English
