Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Plant Riverside District. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing guests with exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Promptly and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
• Provide guests with courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
• Answer phones using appropriate verbiage.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Prepare all drink orders to Starbucks standards.
• Prepare and serve food items.
• Relay orders to the kitchen through the point-of-sale system.
• Total bills and accept payments.
• Execute all financial transactions according to departmental and company policy.
• Proficiently utilize the property management system and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards according to health code regulations.

Requirements

• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse guest types.
• Ability to remain calm and well-organized under pressure while working quickly.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple tables at a time.
• Basic math skills; ability to make change.
• Ability to respond promptly to customer needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
