- Prepares assembly work by reviewing instructions and blueprint specifications and comparing boards with actual designs and documents
- Populates PCB based on work instructions, assembly drawings and bills of material
- Assembles components by positioning parts and subassemblies, examining connections for proper fit and fastening parts and subassemblies
- Cleans PCBs and assemblies throughout process and after completion
- Inspects all assembly work to ensure that all applicable requirements are met
- Signs off on the traveler, dates and enters quantity, scans out job
- Perform other job duties as needed
- Ability to fluently read, write and speak English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to use various assembly tools including microscope
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
- 20/20 correctable vision in one eye
- High School Diploma, GED or comparable industry experience (Preferred)
- 1 year assembly experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)
- Experience with assembly of military components (Preferred)
- 8-hour shift
- 1st and 2nd Shifts available
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

About the Opportunity
The Assembly Soldering Operator performs a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies or subassemblies in accordance with IPC/EIA J-STD-001 requirements.

California Pay Range$17—$20 USDThe actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
