POSITION SUMMARY
Perform standard shipping and receiving duties by receiving products and preparing outgoing shipments. Position includes inventory and basic computer / paperwork organization duties.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving: Receive, unbox, document, and stock Scantron Products
- Check in incoming products
Shipping: Prepare outgoing shipments by:
- boxing products
- stretch wrapping
- labeling cartons
- parcel processing
- Using a pallet jack
Deliver or route materials to departments or designated personnel.
Stocking: Stocks shelves with incoming standard product inventory in an organized and accurate manner
- Keeps shipping areas neat and organized
Inventory: Conduct cycle count product inventory and supplies as per department schedules to ensure accuracy of on-hand counts
- Point of contact to answer inventory questions from depot and field technicians
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, both on computer and in paper format.
- Route paperwork to appropriate departments
- Track products returning to venders
Work with internal and external customers to achieve shipment objectives.
Ensure quality control and accuracy.
Recommend improvements to work methods or procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience:
- High School Graduate, GED, or higher,
- Two years of related experience,
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in computer entry and Microsoft Excel
Effective communication and interactions skills
Be self-motivated and able to work effectively under minimal supervision
Detail-orientated
Be able to learn and float between all shipping/receiving/logistic responsibilities
Able to work in a team environment
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
Regular, consistent attendance at work
