- Experienced Home Therapy Registered Nurse
- Preference for experience with multiple dialysis modalities (HHD & PD)
- Conducts safe training and supervision of home dialysis therapies, in adherence to established standards and regulations.
- Participates in staff rotation to ensure sufficient coverage.
- Engages in staff training and orientation programs.
- Attends all mandatory staff meetings.
- Delivers outstanding patient care quality as per company standards.
- Provides Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) data for review.
- Actively participates in CQI meetings.
- Assists in identifying and assessing potential Home Therapies Program candidates.
- Provides comprehensive training to patients and families on therapy equipment operation.
- Educates on ESRD and Kidney Options Program.
- Evaluates patient readiness and suitability for home dialysis.
- Continuously educates patients on dialysis and related conditions.
- Ensures safe and effective delivery of home therapy to ESRD patients.
- Monitors patient response to dialysis treatment.
- Communicates patient issues to physicians promptly.
- Coordinates patient transfers when necessary.
- Accurately manages physician lab orders and results.
- Adheres to lab specimen collection and reporting protocols.
- Maintains emergency procedure proficiency.
- Administers prescribed medications and maintains accurate records.
- Maintains expertise in equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Guides patients in equipment maintenance.

- Current state licensure
