    Job title: Surveyor / Crew Chief

    Description

    This is an exceptional chance to become a Survey Technician and contribute to our team's success. As an Instrument Operator/Crew Chief, you will play a crucial role in supporting water resources projects.

    Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electronic and survey equipment, particularly Trimble Robotic Total Station, Trimble GPS, and Trimble Business Center. If you're passionate about working outdoors and collaborating with a dynamic team, we invite you to apply!

    • Core Duties:
    • Survey and determine locations and elevations using electronic equipment
    • Conduct site visits and perform construction stakeout
    • Remove obstacles and maintain survey lines
    • Manage and transport necessary tools and equipment
    • Support complex surveys and projects
    • Organize and maintain survey vehicles
    • Receive and execute instructions from the Crew Chief

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Able to adapt to changing outdoor conditions and environments
    • Will to work on-site or travel within Maryland
    • Valid and insurable driver's license
    • Education: high school diploma with 3+ years of experience or relevant community college courses/survey training
