Job summary
Strong Project Manager skills with a good understanding of big data technologies Facilitate the inflow of projects and IT service requests including alignment with business and IT priorities and resource to drive the on-going demand review process Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills including cross-cultural competence Proven delivery excellence ideally using Agile driving SLA's KPI's Quality Metrics Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams Responsible for managing a team of engineers with various enterprise applications Hands on experience in handling support teams quality metrics creation and SLA management Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with excellent communication and networking skills – able to effectively manage influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of stakeholder Ability to manage risk encourage strategic risk management based delivery in others to manage expectations communicate effectively Strong collaboration skills to build teams across business boundaries Leadership skills to successfully lead large diverse virtual teams Agile working experience necessary Ability to make decisions implement actions that have a significant impact on long-term positive business outcomes Delivering customer satisfaction overall excellence by identifying opportunities or issues assisting speedy resolution Understanding the pipeline of demand work with the Resource Planners ensure appropriate supply resources Design & follow appropriate governance model/ plan for SLA compliance Expert Knowledge of ITIL disciplines Hands on Resource planning skills Excellent written verbal communication skills Self-motivation able take responsibility
