- Research, identify and summarize relevant opportunities using multiple sources and tools
- In collaboration with various departments (project managers, sales team) coordinate with the responses to the proposals
- Participate in proposal planning, strategy, work sessions, and reviews, and coordinate meetings and other events.
- Establish the work plan for the response to the proposal, including a timeline with important project milestones
- Provide editing and formatting support at various stages throughout the proposal process, as well as for related proposal process documentation.
- Maintain well-organized electronic documentation of proposal activities.
- Write resolutions, letters, official emails
- Follow up on requests for performance bonds, certified cheques, insurance requests
- Support the teams of the different divisions and offices within the framework of the proposal
- Ensure that all legal documents meet standards and are always up to date
- Carry out the daily management of the email box specific to proposals
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years experience in management and development of proposals.
- Experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry
- Advanced knowledge and experience within the proposal, qualifications, and capture management field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Salesforce an asset
- Ability to write, proofread, and edit proposal and presentation content
- Excellent time management skills to ensure proposals are developed in accordance with agreed upon schedules

The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the development of proposals from start to finish, working with other team members and subject experts to gather information and provide high-quality proposal responses.
