    Duties and Responsibilities


    • Prepares and delivers consumer and food education programs that include nutrition education, resource management, food safety, and food demonstrations in group settings (adults and youth).
    • Builds and maintains effective partnerships and professional courtesy with community agencies and their contacts.
    • Accurately completes program data records and meet target number for minimum participants graduating per FTE (depending on FTE), number of lessons per graduated participant (with 70% demonstrating appropriate knowledge, skills, and behaviors)
    Minimum Qualifications


    • High School Diploma
    • Driver's license with reliable daily use of a vehicle and proof of vehicle insurance
    Desirable Qualifications


    • Previous experience working with a food and nutrition program, or working in an assistance program serving low income families with children and/or youth.
