    Our expansion, spanning 165,000 square feet, will introduce a state-of-the-art patient tower to our Round Rock hospital, tailored to accommodate the evolving needs of our rapidly growing population.

    Among its highlights, the tower will house an innovative 11-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, alongside expanded capacities for crucial departments such as med/surg and labor and delivery.

    Additional operating rooms, cath labs, and procedural areas.

    • Implementation of advanced equipment across various departments.
    • Shell space earmarked for future growth, including the expansion of our Emergency Department and operating suites.

    The main tasks of the role involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.

    You will utilize nursing judgement and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.

    You will check nursing procedures.

    You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.

    Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices.
    Proven communication skills both in speech and writing.
    Our workforce should reflect our communities.
    We are looking for someone who has completed an established program in Nursing.
    At least two years in the field.
