    Job Title: Creative Director

    About the Role:

    Preset Solutions, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Creative Director to spearhead our creative department. The successful candidate will drive creativity and innovation for our managed marketing clients, guiding the strategic direction for client accounts and managing a team of creative professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Articulate Creative Vision: Strategically lead and articulate the creative vision and strategy for major client accounts, aligning with business objectives.
    • Team Management: Directly manage, mentor, and expand a diverse team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring seamless integration of creative strategies across all marketing channels.
    • Creative Output Oversight: Oversee all creative outputs, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Trend Integration: Stay at the forefront of digital design and marketing trends, proactively integrating cutting-edge ideas and technologies into client strategies.
    • Tool Utilization: Utilize and champion advanced design and marketing tools, driving efficiency and enhanced creativity.
    • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear metrics for success and identifying opportunities for team and project improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
    • Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital design, with a strong emphasis on web design and multimedia content.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in design software and technologies, notably Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing and inspiring creative teams.
    • Digital Marketing Knowledge: A deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics, preferably with experience in the IT sector.
