EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Prior resident faculty experience required
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, required
LICENSURE,
CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Family Medicine Medical Physician (DO)
State of Illinois license to practice medicine
Eligible to participate as a provider in the Medicare & Medicaid program
Current certification in relevant specialty by ABMS or AOA
Active member in good standing of the AH Medical Staff credentialing
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Supervise GME residents
