Blue Ginger Sushi Bar is looking for the following requirements, line cook, prep cook, and sushi roller ability to read and follow recipes in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of sushi food items and ensures great food presentation
Ensure proper food storage and monitor quality of ingredients
Assist with preparation as needed
Ability to stock and retrieve all necessary food items and supplies
Ability to follow recipe cards and execute in a timely manner
Ability to set-up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment
Qualifications:
Previous sushi experience preferred
Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience preferred
Excellent communication and adaptation skills
Hotline experience
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
