- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
- Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
- Preparing communications such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence.
- Completing clerical work, including filing, printing, responding to emails, and organizing and preparing documents.
- Managing data in spreadsheets and reports.
- Keeping records and reports up to date.
- Maintaining electronic and physical document management systems for administrative function of the company.
- Tracking projects and helping to drive team efforts toward shared goals and key deliverables, including taking initiative to follow up on outstanding items.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the Google Suite of products (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
- 3 - 5+ years administrative support experience
- Ability to work in the office during regular business hours Monday-Friday and occasional special events as needed
- Basic understanding of financing terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
