Assistant Director of Nursing / Staff Development Coordinator - Skilled Nursing

What You'll Do:
- Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Coordinate and deliver staff orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education programs
- Monitor clinical competencies, in-services, and annual training requirements
- Assist with audits, quality improvement initiatives, and survey preparedness
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff across all shifts
- Participate in staffing, scheduling, and performance management as needed
What You'll Need:
- Active, unencumbered MA RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience
- Leadership or staff development experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations (CMS)
