- Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipment preparation. Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Process) standards.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff. Conduct performance reviews, manage employee schedules, and address any employee-related issues.
- Process Optimization: Implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in warehouse operations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including client and Federal Trade Zone requirements. Serve as the point of contact for warehouse audits.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the warehouse department budget. Monitor expenses and control costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Transportation and Logistics: Manage transportation and distribution of products, including coordination with third-party logistics suppliers. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to distribution centers.
- Cannot be allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporins
- A Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a strategic mindset. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving results.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
