Job Responsibilities:

• Initial inspections on all units to determine if standards are met
• Establish a housing program
• Review / maintain files
• Handle all lease approvals, verifications, completions of paperwork, and verifying data
• Meet new tenants
• Notify tenants of failed inspections and repairs
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications / Abilities:

• Follow written and oral instructions
• Decision making
• Understand and interpret housing regulations and procedures
• Use of modern office equipment
• High School Diploma / GED
• Property Management, Leasing, or other related field experience
