We are currently seeking to hire a Licensed Vocational Nurse with Subacute experience to join our team THIS POSITION IS 11:00 PM TO 7:00 AM (OVERNIGHT / NOC)

We are a skilled nursing facility looking for dynamic associates to join our clinical team and provide our residents with a best-in-class care experience.

Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster shots
Knowledge of long-term care patient needs
Provide leadership and supervision to certified nursing assistants
Oversee the care and wellbeing of residents
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan and implement and evaluate patient care
Collects, analyzes, and interprets information from health care members and documents
Orient and welcome new residents and families
Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC)

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
