    Key Responsibilities:

    Work closely with the Site Manager, Senior Manager of Process Improvement and Practice Operations, Medical Director of Outpatient Practices, Site Director and Clinical Nurse Director ensuring all competencies and clinical responsibilities are completed accuratelyEnsuring that Medical Assistants are updated with new medical procedures and techniquesWorks closely with the Site Manager regarding administrative mattersObserve, report and record patient's condition, reaction to drugs and treatment, compile and record all patient laboratory informationAssist physicians during clinical procedures, and department specific therapiesRecord patient histories and vital signs, venipuncture, injections, and collect/prep specimensMonitor use and ordering of equipment, surgical instruments, and suppliesTriage calls and advise appropriate clinicians when necessaryAssist in improving and maintaining the existing laboratory and pathology tracking systemMaintain precise records of all specimens obtained and sent for testingWeekly maintenance of equipment and medications/supplies for emergency cartsEnsure all medications and injections are logged and accounted forPrepare and administer prescribed medication in accordance with standardsTrack and monitor risk management incidents, medication errors and other patient safety issuesParticipates in performance improvement activities and staff educationOther duties as assigned within the scope of the jobQualifications:Bachelor degree or master degree in nursing- 4 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) as a Registered Nurse2 years outpatient OB/GYN clinical experiencePass the National Council Licensure Examination or NCLEX-RNCurrent state licensure as a Registered Nurse American Heart Association BLS/CPRACLS certificationAbility to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staffBasic computer skillsProfessional, friendly attitudeBenefits:Competitive compensation packageWeekly payComprehensive health, dental and vision benefits401(K) Retirement PlanWaterfall Technology Consulting Partners LLC (WTCP) is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
