    Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility located in Newton, NC, As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various industrial automation equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and experience in creating preventive maintenance plans.     Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
  • Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems with machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Utilize hydraulics experience to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems.
  • Utilize PLC programming experience to make necessary adjustments and modifications.
  • Work in a manufacturing environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong PLC troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, able to identify and repair equipment malfunctions.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems with machinery.
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial automation equipment.
  • Proven ability to create and implement preventive maintenance plans.

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
