    We are currently looking for a:

    DEDICATED HOSPICE REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

    Full Time Position in Piedmont Region

    Role Overview:

    • Apply nursing theories and concepts effectively.
    • Provide and document quality care aligning with reimbursement guidelines.
    • Collaborate on patient care with families, physicians, and the Hospice team.
    • Maintain open communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
    • Participate in IDT meetings and quality reviews as per schedule.

    Qualifications:

    • Active RN license in the state of practice, completion of nursing education from an accredited school, with preference for two years of clinical nursing and one year of hospice nursing experience.
    • Understanding of home health and hospice care programs, and the nurse's role in patient care.
    • Familiarity with nursing principles, agency policies, and reimbursement guidelines.
    • Completion of 12 hours of annual continuing education and CPR certification.
    • Willingness to travel, work weekends/evenings, and be on call for holidays as needed.
