    Our Caregivers provide direct care to our senior residents, following a personalized treatment plan in a unique setting.

    ~ Assist in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for both resident and employee safety.
    Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
    Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
    If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
    Current caregiver training/certification as specified by the state is a plus.

    Six months to one-year related experience preferred and/or training in direct care services with older adults, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus
