    Position Summary:


    The Manager of Organizational Change Management will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

    This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
    Position Responsibilities May include;


    • Change Management Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

    Stakeholder Management:
    Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between change management and project strategies.

    Training:
    Design and deliver training programs related to SAP. Ensure that all users are equipped with the knowledge and skills to use the system effectively.

    Communication:

    Develop a communication plan that keeps stakeholders informed about upcoming changes, reasons for the changes, and the benefits of successful change.


    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.

    Feedback Mechanism:
    Implement feedback loops with project teams and stakeholders. This includes monitoring the adoption of SAP, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to improve adoption rates.

    Performance Metrics:
    Establish metrics to measure the success of the change management efforts. Track and report on these metrics regularly.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Continuously seek feedback and find ways to improve the change management process, ensuring it remains effective and relevant.


    • Perform other tasks as assigned

    Nature & Scope:

    • Ensures work is aligned with the Director's expectations, goals, and vision
    • Accountable for implementation of policies, processes, and procedures for short-term results
    • Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from Senior Manager/Director
    • Works on difficult to moderately complex issues and projects
    • Provides guidance and training to subordinates
    • Has authority to hire, recommend pay, establish performance and recommend for termination
    • Level of signing authority established by company policy/guidelines

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Strong understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
    • Familiarity with IT project management.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Understanding of SAP products and their capabilities
    • Support the design and deliver of training programs ensure effective use of SAP
    • Develop strategies to encourage user adoption through ongoing support and adoption metrics
    • Ability to work collaboratively with product owners, project managers during implementation

    Experience:

    • Experience with SAP implementations or other CRM platforms.
    • 5-10 years in product management including defining roadmaps and owning product lifecycle and/or;
    • 5 plus years of leadership experience in either direct management of teams or project management roles

    Education/Certification:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, IT, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
