- Change Management Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Ensures work is aligned with the Director's expectations, goals, and vision
- Accountable for implementation of policies, processes, and procedures for short-term results
- Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from Senior Manager/Director
- Works on difficult to moderately complex issues and projects
- Provides guidance and training to subordinates
- Has authority to hire, recommend pay, establish performance and recommend for termination
- Level of signing authority established by company policy/guidelines
- Strong understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Familiarity with IT project management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Understanding of SAP products and their capabilities
- Support the design and deliver of training programs ensure effective use of SAP
- Develop strategies to encourage user adoption through ongoing support and adoption metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with product owners, project managers during implementation
- Experience with SAP implementations or other CRM platforms.
- 5-10 years in product management including defining roadmaps and owning product lifecycle and/or;
- 5 plus years of leadership experience in either direct management of teams or project management roles
- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, IT, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Position Summary:
The Manager of Organizational Change Management will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
Position Responsibilities May include;
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between change management and project strategies.
Training:
Design and deliver training programs related to SAP. Ensure that all users are equipped with the knowledge and skills to use the system effectively.
Communication:
Develop a communication plan that keeps stakeholders informed about upcoming changes, reasons for the changes, and the benefits of successful change.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
Feedback Mechanism:
Implement feedback loops with project teams and stakeholders. This includes monitoring the adoption of SAP, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to improve adoption rates.
Performance Metrics:
Establish metrics to measure the success of the change management efforts. Track and report on these metrics regularly.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously seek feedback and find ways to improve the change management process, ensuring it remains effective and relevant.
