    Who We Are:

    We have operations in Saint Louis, Missouri, Huntington Beach, California, and Milford, Connecticut, serving local, national and international customers, both military and commercial. The company supplies platform controls, aircraft components, liquid oxygen equipment, and emergency breathing equipment to its customers.

    Summary of Job:

    Ability to assemble component parts according to blueprint specifications, manufacturing work instructions, and/or other document controlled instructions.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Receive job order direction from supervisor or lead.
    • Read and interpret the blueprint.
    • Use approved materials to encapsulate/insulate/protect electrical connections/components.
    • Assemble parts/components in accordance with document-controlled instructions and blueprints.
    • Perform repair work (under FAA guidelines) as required.
    • Help out in other production areas where needed to complete the job orders to schedule.
    • Comply with Essex company policies and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Assist in other areas, or tasks, to meet production needs
    Requirements:

    Required to have 3 months of experience in assembly work and/or 1-3 years of tech school training. Solder Certification/or/experience a plus.
