    DocsInk is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our growing team in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina Your primary responsibility is to serve as both the technology and clinical expert for DocsInk customers.

    You will be the face of DocsInk for many and will become a key point of contact for allocated accounts.

    This is a full-time on-site position located in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.

    Role/Responsibilities

    Become an expert in DocsInk's software platform and all incorporated solutions
    Provide effective product demos and training to prospective clients and discuss workflow solutions that will meet their use case requirements
    Serve as the liaison between DocsInk's technical department and the medical professionals utilizing the software
    Assist in the development, implementation, training, evaluation, and maintenance of the DocsInk software to both new and existing users
    Review feedback from customers, compiling and analyzing support data and recommend procedural and training changes as appropriate
    Review client accounts to ensure successful usage of the software platform
    Perform live and on-site presentations and training
    Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem
    Knowledge and Skills Required

    Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health care profession preferred
    Understanding of Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, IT or related computer science field
    Knowledge of HIPPA guidelines
    Familiarity with electronic medical records
    Proficiency in both Capitated Patient Models (ACOs) and Fee for Service Models
    Understanding of IT system design
    Deep understanding of clinical workflows, EHRs, and clinical documentation
    Ability to interpret a variety of workflows and provide ad hoc workflow analysis
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    Qualification and other Attributes Required

    3-5+ years of clinical experience
    1+ years of experience with medical coding or billing

    EMR Systems: 3 years (Required)

    Energetic, positive, and excited to work in the healthcare-software industry
    Experience showing product demos or conducting webinars
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
    Capacity to learn new software products and adapt quickly
    Outstanding communication, listening, and presentation skills
