Job Description

The Dishwasher-PM will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or hand-washing methods.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Sweep and scrub floors as needed.
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.

• Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.
• Physical endurance to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
