    Duties/Responsibilities
    The position will be 100% research focused.

    Research will focus on the comorbidity of alcoholism and depression, examining the neurokinin-1 receptor as a critical mediator of this relationship.

    Experimental techniques will include, but will not be limited to, behavioral pharmacology, molecular neuroscience, and neuroanatomical analysis.

    In addition to publishing scientific papers and presenting current data at scientific meetings, mentoring of junior graduate students and undergraduate researchers will also be a part of the expectations of this position.
