Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in the Rockledge, FL area. We seek an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, and an outstanding work ethic, who wants to grow with a Property Management Company.

Job Duties:

Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations, and administrative projects but are not limited to this.

Requirements:

• One year of prior leasing experience is required.

• Available to work weekends

• Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing

• Friendly, energetic, great people skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent phone and in-person sales skills

• Motivated and hard-working

• OneSite or Yardi Experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service

skills.

• Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
