We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Albany Health and Rehabilitation.We believe that every job matters at Albany Health and Rehabilitation Center,
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing daily care health needs safety comfort of residents including providing professional assessments documentation resident's heath assisting management assigned nursing units staff participating development implementation resident care plans maintaining up-to-date nursing care plans documenting progress making recommendations revisions care plans MDS according facility policy procedure making daily periodic resident visits monitoring observing residents physical mental condition performing routine nursing procedures working closely physicians families maintain health/mental state resident providing emotional support resident family members handling resident visitor complaints allegations accidents incidents occurring maintaining up-to-date-resident medical records
