• FTE: 1.0 = 80 hours per pay Full Time
• Holidays: Every Other Holiday
• On Call: No
• Schedule: 3pm - 11pm or Nights 11pm - 7am
• Shift: Evenings
• Sign On Bonus: 5000
• Status: Full Time
• Weekends: Every Other Weekend

$ / Hour
$5000 Bonus: Full Time Evening (3pm-11pm) or Night (11pm-7am); rotating weekends and holidays $2500 Bonus: Part Time Evening (3pm-11pm) or Night (11pm-7am); rotating weekends and holidays
extra $4/hour weekend differential
Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure required
• Active CPR required
• One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Perform resident assessments.
• Participate in daily resident rounding.
• Provide supervision to nursing team members.
• Assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
