    Key Responsibilities

    As an STNA, you will be responsible for providing care to guests under the guidance of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Duties include:

    • Recording vital signs accurately
    • Measuring and documenting height, weight, intake, and output
    • Maintaining guests' living environment
    • Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
    • Supporting with feeding and hydration
    • Observing and reporting changes in guests' skin condition
    • Addressing mental health and social needs of guests

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Active STNA certification is mandatory
