    Reporting to the Chief of Staff and Programming, the Information Technology (IT) Director is responsible for owning technical infrastructure, leading global IT strategy, day-to-day operations, cost optimization, innovation, and ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service. Provides expertise and direction in the development, deployment, and use of information technology at the Company.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead development and implementation processes for company's IT systems and department
    • Responsible for the overall effectiveness, safety and efficiency of data and cloud technology systems
    • Identify technology needs and industry trends and provide recommendations to business decision-makers
    • Maintain and update company hardware and software programs
    • Document and develop existing processes, IT policies, and procedures
    • Implement company-wide technology updates and hold sessions to teach employees on new features
    • Oversee installation of computers, peripherals, phones, and printers
    • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support of all IT systems, including servers, routers, firewalls, and computers.
    • Coordinate with managed service providers for server management, security solutions, network hardware, and equipment upgrades.
    • Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
    • Handle all A/V needs for the company including conference rooms and virtual meetings.
    • Identifies and eliminates security risks.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 7+ years experience owning IT infrastructure and overseeing IT teams and projects
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Apple OS, IOS devices, and Windows OS.
    • Proven experience leading a global support services team
    • Demonstrated experience in project management and system advocacy
    • Strong experience leading a CRM implementation
    • Success in managing people and teams, including strategy and goal setting
    • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
